1. Agreement To These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of AI Crypto Farm, including the public website, member dashboard, package pages, wallet tools, support desk, network reporting, activation workflows and related platform services. By creating an account, signing in, submitting information, funding a wallet or activating a package, you agree to follow these terms.

2. Eligibility

The platform is intended for adults who can lawfully participate in membership, wallet-funded and crypto-related services in their location. You are responsible for confirming that your use of AI Crypto Farm is permitted by local law, tax rules, financial rules, crypto rules and any employment or contractual restrictions that apply to you.

3. Account Responsibilities

Members must provide accurate information, maintain secure login credentials and keep account contact details current.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may not sell, transfer, rent or misuse another member account.
• You must not submit false identity details, misleading sponsor information or manipulated proofs.
• You must notify support if you suspect unauthorized access or incorrect account activity.

4. Packages And Activation

Packages are membership activation options published by the platform. A package is not active merely because it is selected, reserved or pending payment. Activation requires successful wallet funding, platform review where required, sufficient balance, eligibility checks and completion of the activation process.

• Package prices, benefits, recovery percentages, caps, volumes and availability may change.
• The dashboard and package history are the operational source for package status.
• The platform may reject, delay or reverse activation where funding, eligibility or proof is not valid.
• Upgrade or package-change rules may depend on current package status, platform configuration and member eligibility.

5. Wallet Funding And Crypto Deposits

Wallet funding may involve crypto transfer proofs, network confirmations and administrative review. Crypto transactions can be irreversible, delayed, sent to the wrong network or affected by fees and price movement. Members are responsible for sending the correct asset, amount, network and reference details.

• Pending deposits do not guarantee wallet credit or package activation.
• The platform may request additional proof before crediting a wallet.
• False, duplicated, altered or unrelated proof may lead to rejection or account restriction.
• AI Crypto Farm does not ask for private keys, seed phrases or external wallet passwords.

6. Rewards, Income And Network Visibility

AI Crypto Farm may display package recovery, wallet rewards, business volume, sponsor ancestry, team activity, rank status or commission visibility. These records are platform calculations and operational signals. They are not a promise of profit, investment return, guaranteed mining yield or fixed income.

• Rewards may depend on package status, qualification rules, platform settings, network activity and review outcomes.
• Displayed estimates, simulations, AI model visuals or planner outputs are informational only.
• The platform may block, hold, adjust or reverse entries that fail eligibility, audit or abuse checks.

7. No Financial, Investment Or Legal Advice

AI Crypto Farm provides platform tools and membership operations. The website, dashboard, AI model visuals, package information and support communications are not financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice. Crypto assets and membership programs involve risk. Members should seek qualified advice before making financial decisions.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Members and visitors must not misuse the platform or interfere with its operation.

• No unauthorized access, scraping, probing, reverse engineering, malware, spam or denial-of-service activity.
• No false deposits, fake proofs, chargeback abuse, duplicate accounts, self-dealing or sponsor manipulation.
• No harassment, threats, impersonation, misleading promotions or unlawful marketing claims.
• No use of the platform for money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, illegal transactions or prohibited jurisdictions.

9. Compliance And Review

AI Crypto Farm may review accounts, deposits, package activity, support tickets, network activity and reward records to protect the platform and members. Reviews may result in delays, requests for information, rejected deposits, held wallet balances, reversed entries, suspended accounts or termination of access.

10. Refunds, Reversals And Corrections

Crypto transfers may be irreversible and package activations may be subject to platform rules once completed. Refunds, corrections or reversals are handled case by case based on payment state, wallet record, activation status, abuse checks and applicable operational rules. Fees, blockchain costs or third-party charges may not be recoverable.

11. Support And Communications

The operations desk and member support tools are provided for platform questions, account support, deposit review and dispute handling. You agree that AI Crypto Farm may contact you about account status, wallet funding, package activation, policy updates, security issues and support responses.

12. Platform Availability

AI Crypto Farm may update, suspend, modify or discontinue features, pages, packages, dashboards, wallet tools or administrative workflows. We aim to maintain reliable service, but access may be affected by maintenance, third-party services, network issues, security events, database problems or force majeure events.

13. Intellectual Property

The AI Crypto Farm name, interface, AI model visuals, page designs, copy, software, workflows, icons, layouts and platform materials are owned by or licensed to the platform. You may not copy, resell, reproduce or create confusingly similar materials without written permission.

14. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Crypto Farm is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost opportunity, crypto price movement, incorrect wallet transfers, member promotion claims, third-party service failures or unauthorized account activity caused by member-side security failures.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold AI Crypto Farm harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these terms, unlawful promotion, false information, fraudulent proof, account abuse or violation of third-party rights or laws.

16. Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform, packages, wallet processes, laws or operations change. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of AI Crypto Farm after updates means you accept the revised terms.
